- Albany Med Health System Affiliate Network:
- We are pleased to announce that starting January 1, 2021, a new Albany Med Health System Affiliate Network will be included as part of the Hospital’s insurance plan through CDPHP. This new tier will allow you to seek medical care at reduced cost from Albany Med and the other affiliates: Columbia Memorial Health and Glens Falls Hospital (Glens Falls est. to begin 2nd quarter 2021). We will continue to offer the courtesy discount to all eligible employees through the growing Saratoga Hospital Domestic Network as we have in the past.
