To Life!, in partnership with the Mollie Wilmot Radiation Oncology Center at Saratoga Hospital, offers a monthly support group for women affected by breast cancer, as well as interested family members and caregivers. 

Building Your Village: Fourth Trimester Wellness

  • First and third Thursday of the month
  • 7 PM - 8 PM
  • First Floor Classroom

Join us to connect with other moms and build your village, a community of people who will support you through this journey of motherhood. This safe, welcoming environment allows moms to share successes and struggles, create friendships, and support one naother. It is important to remember you are not alone.

This cancer support group, led Pierre Zimmerman, M.S., of One Roof Holistic Health Center, provides a "safe container to explore common physical, financial, emotional, cognitive, developmental, familial, and spiritual issues."

In our monthly caregiver support group, facilitated by Pierre Zimmerman, M.S., of One Roof Holistic Health Center, we will address issues of self-care, identify sources of stress, discover how to clarify your needs, and explore ways to feel healthier. 

Grief Support Group

Time alone does not heal all woundsgrief needs to be expressed and witnessed to become manageable. This adult-only group provides a safe, private place to talk about the loss of a loved one without judgement, without fear of being a burden. Join us and find comfort in knowing you are not alone.

Surviving to Thriving after Cancer Treatment

The transition from cancer patient to cancer survivor is often a difficult journey. In the weeks and months after treatment ends, patients can feel alone, confused, and uncertain. This group will help you build your tool chest with skills to cope, and create your "new normal" so you'll have the kind of life you deserve.

Young Survivor's Support Group

Join our local in-person support group for breast cancer patients, survivors, and co-survivors in their 40s or younger. Whether you are recently diagnosed, still undergoing treatment, or navigating recovery, it is important to remember you are not alone.

Peer Support Group for Men Diagnosed with Cancer

A cancer diagnosis for men can be frightening and create feelings of grief and loneliness. This confidential men’s group led by Pierre Zimmerman, MS, of One Roof Holistic Health Center, creates a safe container to empower and support one another and face any cancer diagnosis together. The group will provide ways to develop skillful tools to deal with stress and share important resources and issues of concern, openly and with kindness.
