The Comprehensive Plan through Delta Dental offers coverage for cleanings and x-rays twice per calendar year. Also includes coverage for fillings, extractions, orthodontia, implants, etc.
Coverage is effective the 1st of the month following date of hire or status change date. If enrolling during annual open enrollment, coverage begins January 1st.

Eligibility - Part time and full time employees budgeted at a minimum of 36 hours for 12 hr employees and 37.5 for all other employees per pay period.
