The following links can be used to review the 2023 drug copay costs.  Please have your drug names and dosing available to obtain the most accurate copay costs:

Additional information:

  • Welcome kit including ID cards will be mailed to your home address
  • CVS Caremark Customer Care Line will be available to Saratoga Hospital employees beginning Monday October 24th.  For prescription drug coverage questions please call 1-877-281-5370
  • It is not required that you go to a CVS Retail Pharmacy
  • If you or a dependent are taking a Specialty Prescription Drug, you will receive information from CVS Caremark and PrudentRx.
  • If there is anything you need to do before your plan starts (like changing your pharmacy or changing to a preferred medication), you will receive notification from CVS in advance of the new year.
