SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y., July 27, 2023—Saratoga Hospital will host the 41st Annual Gala, presented by Julye & Co. Realty, LLC and Bonacio Construction, Inc., on Wednesday, August 2 from 6 - 9 p.m. on the grounds of the Saratoga Casino Hotel. Proceeds benefit the hospital's Saratoga Community Health Center, which provides access to high-quality, affordable care for patients regardless
of their ability to pay.
The Gala is a highlight of the Saratoga summer season, and one of the Capital Region's largest, most successful charitable fundraisers. The event is renowned for enticing auction items and a specially curated menu to complement each year's vibrant theme—this year, "Island Luau."
The Gala is a significant source of support for Saratoga Community Health Center, the only facility of its kind in the greater Saratoga region. A dedicated team of medical professionals offer primary care, dental, behavioral health, and addiction medicine services to patients and improve the overall health of the community.
"We're always so inspired by how our community show up to support our patients," said Renee Rodriguez Goodemote, MD, medical director of Saratoga Community Health Center. "Demand for our services continues to increase, and each person involved with the Gala ensures we're able to meet that demand."
Some of the live auction items this year include Christmas in Maui, and trip to St. John Island and Watch What Happens Live. There are box seats for Travers Day at the Saratoga Race Course, as well as producer seats for MJ The Musical on Boradway, and a backyard retreat package from Concord Pools. Live auction begins at 7:30 p.m. Additionally, guests in attendance—as well as those who cannot join in-person—may bid on more than 60 silent auction packages from their mobile devices.
