Eligibility

  • All employees may enroll at any time by going to the registration link below. Part time and full time employees budgeted @ a minimum of 36 hours for 12 hr employees and 37.5 for all other employees per pay period are eligible for direct deductions for your bi-weekly paycheck for these benefits. Non-benefit eligible employees will have pay the carrier directly.
