Morgan Rivette, MLS, (ASCP)CM, is a clinical laboratory scientist in the Microbiology and Chemistry departments of Saratoga Hospital’s Laboratory Services. She performs a variety of tests on patient samples to equip providers with results to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide array of illnesses, conditions, and infectious diseases. She also communicates with infection prevention and local health departments to prevent and control the spread of infectious and communicable diseases.

Morgan, who has been with Saratoga Hospital for 5 years, says her favorite part of Saratoga Hospital is the comradery among co-workers. “We all work together to get the job done,” she says. “No one hesitates to lend a hand when someone needs help. I also appreciate how the administration recognizes the value of all of their employees, which makes me proud to work here.”

Some of Morgan’s favorite things to do outside of work include spending time with her husband and her dog, hiking, and boating. When she’s not out on the lake, she is sitting courtside, cheering on the basketball team that her husband coaches. Morgan is one of many compassionate, skilled professionals here at Saratoga Hospital.
