Dr. Renée Rodriguez-Goodemote Joins Women of Influence

Renée Rodriguez-Goodemote headshotWe are thrilled to announce our very own Saratoga Community Health Center Medical Director, Renée Rodriguez-Goodemote, MD, FAAFP, has been selected as one of five Women of Influence in Saratoga County! Saratoga TODAY newspaper leads the program, which is dedicated to recognizing women who are helping to shape the future of Saratoga County. Dr. Rodriguez and the other four nominees will be honored at a luncheon on May 22 at Longfellow’s Restaurant.

“It is gratifying to be included in this collection of dedicated women who have found their purpose and shared it to benefit others,” says Dr. Rodriquez. “Each of us is striving to make a difference.”

She says she has always been greatly inspired by Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s words, “Use me, God. Show me how to take who I am, who I want to be, and what I can do, and use it for a purpose greater than myself.”

This personal call to action sustains her commitment to the Saratoga Community Health Center. “It is my privilege to walk with patients on this journey, to see them walking in the right direction,” says Dr. Rodriguez. “We are greater than any one, single effort. Working together with the Saratoga community, we have the opportunity to expand access to health and wellness for as many people as we can reach. I am grateful to Saratoga Hospital for allowing me to serve in this capacity and grateful to those who have selected me for the honor of joining the many Women of Influence in Saratoga County.”
