Should you ever need to stay overnight or longer here, Saratoga Hospital offers several resources to not only assure you receive the best of care, but to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

While you are under the expert care of our medical providers and services, you may be surprised to learn how much more we offer our patients:

Care Management Team. We know you have a lot on your mind and many questions. This compassionate team of nurses and social workers collaborates closely with physicians, nurses, and other members of your care team. They coordinate your care needs, prepare for a safe discharge, and make referrals to community resources if needed for continuation of your care. Learn more in this Care Management Resource Guide. 

Inpatient Transition Team. For adult patients with chronic or high-risk conditions, our Inpatient Transition Program will help transition you from hospital care to a primary care provider, even if you don’t have one, as well as connect you with specialists and home equipment, if needed. Care Management or your hospitalist can connect you to this resource, if needed.

Language Line. For patients and families who are less than proficient in English, we offer interpretation services through Language Line. The interpreter is available free of charge.

Mail. Yes! If you are here long-term, your family and friends can mail cards and letters to you, and we’ll make sure you receive them. 

Pastoral Care. Our chaplains are available to meet the spiritual and religious needs of our patients and their families. 

Nutrition Services. Have special dietary needs? A member of our Nutrition Services team will take care of you. cover a comprehensive range of medical nutrition therapies to meet the individual needs of patients. In addition to gluten-free, heart-healthy and diabetic options, we have added 28 plant-based dishes to our menu. All are 100% free of animal products, including honey.

Connect with family. Want to talk to your family? Our nurses can set up a video chat through FaceTime on a tablet brought right to your bed.
