Practice Manager Alice Dennis of Saratoga Hospital Medical Group – General Surgery has been an employee at Saratoga Hospital for over 7 years, however, she has been working for Saratoga Hospital surgeons for over 30 years. She oversees day-to-day operations to ensure the practice of 7 providers and 14 employees runs efficiently, cordially, and successfully.

“Patient satisfaction is my favorite part about working at Saratoga Hospital,” Alice says. “When we receive positive patient feedback, it proves we are doing our job well. I work with an amazing team who are all devoted to our patients, and it is so rewarding to me when we are recognized individually or as a practice.

Over the years, Alice has come to know many of Saratoga Hospital’s employees, and she describes them as kind, dedicated, and willing to go out of their way to help. “The collegial, patient-centered environment makes this organization truly a wonderful place to work,” she adds.

When not working, Alice enjoys spending time with her family, including her 5-year-old grandson and 98-year-old mother. Alice also walks, hikes, boats, skis, and travels. She especially loves beaches, waterfalls, and castles. Alice is one of many compassionate, skilled professionals here at Saratoga Hospital.
