SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY, JUNE 21, 2013 —Saratoga Hospital‘s Cancer Services Program has once again been selected to receive a grant to provide screenings and education for breast, cervical and colorectal cancer for those without health insurance. The grant, which runs for five years, is provided by the New York State Department of Health for the Integrated Breast, Cervical and Colorectal Cancer Screening Program.
The Saratoga County Cancer Services Program provides cancer screening services to uninsured, age-eligible men and women in Saratoga County, including breast exams, mammography, cervical pap smears, pelvic exams, colorectal (bowel) FIT kit and colonoscopy. For more information, call 580-2132.
